Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail items to customers within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and route interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver packages safely
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metropolitan area streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
