Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across San Antonio
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes efficiently to avoid traffic and ensure on-time arrivals
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to operate vehicles up to 26 feet (box trucks/vans)
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio roadways and navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
