Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Seattle
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and package sorting at warehouse
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Strong knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods and major traffic patterns
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
