Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to customers across Portland metro area
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle, ensuring optimal performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Accurately process payments and manage delivery documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Strong knowledge of Portland streets and neighborhoods
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
