Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
- Interact with customers professionally, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Familiarize yourself with the delivery route and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage to goods.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging deliveries.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
