Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial delivery points in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a friendly and positive unboxing experience.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle.
- Utilize handheld devices for route navigation, scanning, and electronic proof of delivery.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Resolve delivery issues and address customer inquiries professionally on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Current auto insurance, registration, and vehicle in good working condition.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS and navigation apps.
- Basic understanding of reading maps and navigating unfamiliar routes.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
