Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery interaction.
- Load and unload packages securely, ensuring no damage occurs.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and daily mileage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve issues.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and fueled.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a reliable smartphone for GPS and dispatch communication.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
