- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Optimize routes using our real-time GPS tracking system
- Inspect vehicles for safety compliance before each shift
- Represent our brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to meet delivery windows
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order updates
- Strong sense of direction and NYC geography knowledge
- Punctuality and reliability as core values
- Excellent communication skills in English
