Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete, including obtaining signatures when required.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily to maintain cleanliness and report any mechanical issues.
- Update tracking information accurately via the mobile application throughout the day.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any delivery concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (if driving own) or willingness to use company vehicle.
- Strong smartphone proficiency (iOS or Android) for GPS and app navigation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
