Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Minneapolis and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring they are secure and free from damage during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers politely and handling packages with care.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when necessary to confirm receipt.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Utilize mobile applications to update delivery status and route information in real-time.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
