Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to customers within designated Houston routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance standards
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based delivery management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Houston geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
