Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or retail items to customers within Fresno city limits and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures via mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and coordinate special requests
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or delivery background preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Fresno street systems and GPS navigation
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality
- Professional appearance and courteous communication style
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening as required
