Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Jacksonville metropolitan area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet tight deadlines
- Verify delivery accuracy through digital signature capture and photo documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Experience with GPS navigation and delivery apps (e.g., Route4Me)
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
