Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and packages to designated delivery locations within the Fresno area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, including loading and unloading.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery status and route information in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck interior, adhering to company hygiene standards.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and road maps to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major infractions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
