Job Overview
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We pride ourselves on our safety record and customer satisfaction ratings.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring packages are secure and undamaged.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation systems.
