Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods to designated delivery points using a company-provided vehicle.
- Unload and carefully place packages at customer locations while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle daily, noting any mechanical issues or damage before starting the shift.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update real-time tracking systems to ensure transparency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer proficiency for using handheld delivery devices.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
