Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce orders to customers across Virginia Beach
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using our GPS tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle daily
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Smartphone with data plan for delivery app integration
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
