Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Obtain signatures and collect payments as required for cash-on-delivery orders.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle and company uniform.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and local regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally on the spot.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
