Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
- Inspect vehicle condition and load cargo securely before departure.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints gracefully.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic proof of delivery records.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with unloading and organizing packages at the terminal as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class D) required; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging hours and tracking deliveries.
- Must be available for shifts including weekends and holidays.
