Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure delivery environment.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly for transport.
- Utilize a mobile app to receive assignments, navigate routes, and update delivery statuses.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle and uniform.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License issued in the United States.
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigating routes and managing digital logs.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle).
