Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated customer locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Verify delivery information, obtain digital signatures, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations strictly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and verifying orders.
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a company vehicle.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
