Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload packages and cargo from delivery vehicles.
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure customer signatures are collected.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Resolve minor customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
