Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Detroit and surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and handling packages with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and paperwork using our mobile app.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time delivery windows are met.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for navigation and order management.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with dispatch and customers.
- Proof of auto insurance and vehicle registration (if bringing personal vehicle).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
