Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
- Obtain proper signatures and confirm delivery details for all orders.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Update delivery status in the company tracking system in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license (Class C) required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and digital logging tools.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
