Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Nashville.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after shifts.
- Load and unload cargo while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon completion.
- Maintain positive interactions with customers and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Update delivery status in the company app in real-time to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery logging.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible schedules.
