Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload packages from delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Verify and record amounts of goods with attention to detail.
- Deliver goods to customers at residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery to ensure accountability.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under time constraints.
- Must have a reliable smartphone capable of using GPS navigation apps.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change if applicable.
