Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Virginia Beach
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication records
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain secure payment processing
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations during non-delivery hours
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely (training provided)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Must be 18+ years old and pass background check
