Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across New York City.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety protocols, and delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling interactions professionally and resolving any delivery issues on the spot.
- Prepare and submit accurate delivery logs and receipts.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after every shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Fold and stack merchandise neatly before delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and GPS tracking applications.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (if required by specific role) or willingness to use company vehicles.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
