Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial customers.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring packages are handled with care and secured properly.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or physical signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driver's license.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact politely with the public.
- Reliable access to a smartphone with GPS capabilities.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
