Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses across the Dallas metroplex.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance needs.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care and arrive in perfect condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, verifying deliveries and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Update delivery status in real-time via our mobile application.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and time management schedules.
- Keep the delivery van clean, organized, and professionally presented at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional driving experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of the Dallas, TX area and ability to navigate efficiently in urban traffic.
- Proficient use of smartphones and mobile technology for navigation and reporting.
- Professional appearance and ability to wear the required uniform.
