Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in the Long Beach area.
- Load and unload merchandise from the delivery truck, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers and clients at each delivery stop.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean vehicle interior and exterior to uphold our company's professional standards.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and mileage reports, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or appropriate for local delivery).
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Strong time management and navigation skills to ensure on-time deliveries.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries.
