Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Verify merchandise against invoices and ensure accuracy of deliveries.
- Practice safe driving habits and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any delivery-related inquiries professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or standard driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal.
