Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders across Greater Boston using company-provided vehicles Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking through our proprietary mobile appProvide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and route interactionsPerform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needsOptimize routes using real-time traffic data for on-time deliveriesAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsCollaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptionsSupport warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years) Minimum 1 year of professional driving experienceAbility to lift 50+ packages repeatedly throughout shiftsSmartphone proficiency for app navigation and documentationPass background check and drug screening (pre-employment & random)Strong knowledge of Boston metro area geographyAbility to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required
