Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients within the Sacramento area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including polite communication and professional package handling.
- Load and unload cargo from the delivery vehicle, adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect the vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Update delivery status and tracking information accurately using mobile apps.
- Maintain a clean driving record and strictly follow all traffic laws.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a smartphone with data service.
- Basic knowledge of the Sacramento region geography.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
