Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport packages and goods to customers in the Raleigh metro area safely and on time.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Route Navigation: Utilize GPS technology to plan the most efficient routes and avoid delays.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs and handle paperwork as required.
- Package Handling: Handle packages with care, ensuring they are not damaged during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and a valid Class C driver's license are mandatory.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Smartphone Proficiency: Ability to use a smartphone app for navigation, communication, and order management.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
