Responsibilities
- Safely navigate Mesa's nighttime streets to deliver packages within designated time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for high-value shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile tracking system
- Resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries professionally
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ packages repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and smartphone applications
- Strong time management skills with punctual delivery history
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in low-light conditions
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip reconciliation
