Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using GPS technology to meet nightly deadlines
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-shift to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and optimize routes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
