Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Load, secure, and transport packages to residential/commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong familiarity with Long Beach geography
- Availability to work 4-5 nights per week (Sun-Thu)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot location
