Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload packages and food items from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver orders to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery van at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle returns/exchanges.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Log delivery information accurately using the company mobile app.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for GPS navigation and dispatching.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
