Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are secured properly for safe transit.
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate logs of delivery times and conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and resolving any delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and varying schedules.
