Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon completion of the route.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness and ensure all safety equipment is in place before starting shifts.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Keep accurate records of delivery logs and mileage.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation, dispatch updates, and documentation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
