Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated addresses in Baltimore and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery details and obtain electronic or physical signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Use mobile applications to track routes, log hours, and communicate with dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for navigation and logging.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of map reading and GPS navigation.
