What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive their packages safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial destinations within the Detroit metro area.
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and route optimization protocols.
- Ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, document mileage, and submit accurate paperwork.
- Handle cash and card transactions if required for last-mile delivery.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of the Detroit area is a plus.
