Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and goods to designated delivery points.
- Practice safe driving habits and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after routes.
- Handle cash or electronic payments accurately if required.
- Update delivery status via mobile app in real-time.
- Adhere to time windows to ensure on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (if applicable) or valid state driver's license.
- Clear driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.
