Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses in the Cleveland metropolitan area.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS technology and company-provided maps.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Handle package pickups and drop-offs at retail locations and residential addresses.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Resolve delivery issues and communicate with dispatch regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Comfortable using mobile devices for navigation and order updates.
