Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks or dollies, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon successful delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and communicate with the dispatch team.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle (or company vehicle provided).
- Smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and dispatch apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
