Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and safe manner.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Update tracking systems and maintain accurate logs of delivery activities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Proficiency with mobile devices for GPS navigation and electronic proof of delivery.
