Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Obey all traffic laws and ensure the safety of pedestrians and other road users.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, answering questions and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Manage all necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and receipts, accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation and map reading.
- Familiarity with smartphone apps for navigation and delivery tracking.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
