Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Efficiently navigate Colorado Springs terrain using GPS and route optimization tools
- Load/unload packages with care and verify delivery accuracy
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles through daily inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery status and handle returns/exceptions professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs/terrain
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Experience with delivery apps or logistics software preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to/from depot (mileage reimbursed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Local Colorado Springs knowledge required
