Responsibilities
- Safely Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
- Obtain Signatures and ensure proof of delivery for every shipment.
- Maintain Vehicle cleanliness and perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Interact Professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues with a smile.
- Follow Safety Protocols strictly, including traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety guidelines.
- Update Tracking systems in real-time to keep customers informed of their delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable Transportation suitable for local delivery (personal vehicle or company vehicle provided).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app updates.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
